2006: Partnership - The Next Challenge
Our 2006 Annual Conference was held on 22 June, just after the negotiations between Government and the Social Partners which led to agreement on the new national partnership agreement, Towards 2016.
The Conference was focused on partnership in action, examining employee involvement and participation as a way of delivering change in our workplaces and underpinning a better quality of working life for all. Keynote speakers included Tony Killeen TD (Minister for Labour Affairs), Professor Ciaran O'Boyle (RCSI), Jan Mottram (Vodafone Ireland) and the NCPP's Lucy Fallon-Byrne.
