2008: Participatory Leadership in the Public Service
The theme of our 2008 Annual Partnership Conference, which took place at the RHK in Dublin on Thursday, 26 June last, was 'Participatory Leadership: Delivering a World-Class Public Service'.
Set against the backdrop of the OECD's recent review of the Irish public service and the latest round of Social Partner negotiations, the Conference was devoted to an in-depth examination of participatory leadership and its role in delivering an innovative, integrated and customer-centred public service.
Over 300 delegates heard informative and thought-provoking interventions from a top-level panel of speakers from Ireland and abroad - please see below for details.
